CONTRACT TERMINATION
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
If contractual agreement between franchiser and franchisee reaches state of terminus, the franchisee must conclude any sales of trademarked merchandise and franchisee will be granted the right to buy at cost the remainder of franchisees merchandise within the following time frame.
